Our almond fields are located in Mallorca island, obtaining an almond with a high lipid content (higher than 55%) and oleic acids percentage equal or higher than 88%, which determines the texture and aromatic intensity of the almond.
As it comes from organic farming production, there is no chemical pesticide applied.
