Shipping terms

The shipments are sent within 3-5 working days (from Monday to Friday before 3pm) for shipments to Spain and 10 working days for shipments to Europe, once received the payment confirmation of your purchase. 

The shipment costs according the delivery address are:

• Delivery to Mallorca: free of charge
• Customer pick up: free of charge
• Delivery to Spain: 3,5€
• Delivery to Europe (CE countries): 10€

In some cases, incidents unconnected to Vitalmend Baleares, S.L. might happen (absence, wrong address or with typing errors, wrong telephone numbers,...). If you haven't received your order in the estimated period, please contact us as soon as possible to solve the problem. 

Please, include a telephone number and contact of the person/company who will receive the delivery, since non-consignee contact tends to generate re-shipments with extra costs.

The shipment costs vary according to the destiny and they will be detailed at the end of the shopping process. Orders to be delivered within Spain over 100€, the shipment is free of charge.
